• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for diverse client needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 to 30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth.
• Document progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing assessments in accordance with company policies, ensuring all documentation is timely and compliant.
• Engage effectively with clients, employing creativity in therapeutic techniques to help them achieve their mental health goals.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Working towards or possessing a current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating effective client interactions and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries while fostering a trusting environment for clients.
• Familiarity and comfort in working with a broad spectrum of clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Prior experience with mental health documentation, treatment plans, and clinical assessments.
• Capability to navigate fee collections at the time of service, ensuring a smooth administrative process.
