As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring that best practices and solution-focused interventions guide your approach.
• Administering various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting interventions based on each client’s unique needs and progress.
• Maintaining detailed and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for patient confidentiality and care quality.
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, participating in weekly case consultations to discuss treatment effectiveness and client progress.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying updated on the latest developments in mental health research to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

Your role will primarily focus on supporting hospice patients and their families, addressing complex emotional and psychological needs during critical times. You will engage with a diverse population facing various challenges, from grief and loss to anxiety and depression, tailoring your approach to foster resilience and coping strategies. The goal is to empower clients in their mental health journey, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and valued.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of solution-based therapy modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and their families effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

While the above qualifications are essential, additional experience in hospice care or working with terminally ill patients will be highly regarded. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic practices or certifications in related modalities can be advantageous.
