Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview:
We are a growing ABA clinic seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on data and best practices
Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB guidelines
Analyze data regularly and adjust programs to ensure effective outcomes
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
Provide parent and caregiver training and support
Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with funder and regulatory requirements
Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred (but Not Required):
Experience in clinic-based, home-based, or school-based ABA services
Experience supervising RBTs or trainees
Familiarity with insurance-based ABA services
