• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients suffering from various mental health issues.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care and accountability.

You will primarily serve individuals and families experiencing barriers to accessing mental health care. This population may confront various challenges, such as trauma, substance use, and relationship issues, requiring specialized attention and care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
