• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the specific needs and challenges of clients, devising personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, engaging in regular supervision and consultation as needed.

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including adults and potentially children and adolescents, who are coping with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of California, with eligibility to provide telehealth services.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Experience working with populations struggling with substance misuse, trauma, or family-related challenges is highly desirable.
