Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Resource Informatics Group, Inc. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in driving Agile transformation and facilitating the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, along with proven experience in coaching and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and alignment within the team. • Empower and support the development team in self-organizing and making decisions, while removing any impediments or blockers that hinder progress. • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Monitor and track sprint progress, burndown charts, and velocity metrics to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization. • Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices for delivering high-quality software increments iteratively and incrementally. • Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation, promoting the adoption of Agile engineering practices, such as test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration (CI/CD). • Foster a safe and inclusive environment where team members feel empowered to raise concerns, share feedback, and contribute to the team's success. • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and stakeholders to share knowledge, address organizational challenges, and drive continuous improvement at the enterprise level.
