• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide unsupervised clinical psychotherapy to adults, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Engage in ongoing treatment planning and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals.
• Effectively manage marketing responsibilities, including maintaining an online presence and engaging in community outreach initiatives.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Adapt therapy methods and interventions based on ongoing assessments and client progress.

The primary focus of our counselors is adults seeking mental health support, addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related area is preferred.
• Active licensure in the state of Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) enabling the provision of unsupervised therapy services.
• Two years of demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adults.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Strong written communication skills for proper documentation and session notes.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Experience and training in evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies used for remote interactions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and adapting therapeutic strategies accordingly.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from a competitive package that includes:
