• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's unique needs and concerns, employing evidence-based methods.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, tailored to the client's preferences and growth goals, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the unique cultural and social backgrounds of each client is essential to ensure effective treatment.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a commitment to a non-judgmental approach in client interactions.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

• Previous experience in community health settings or clinics, particularly in remote or teletherapy environments.
