You Are
The Scrum Master will facilitate and manage projects by serving as the liaison for users and developers. This role is responsible for communicating goals and evaluating results.
How You'll Make An Impact
The ideal candidate has a curious mind and enjoys taking on a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. This person must have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Elicit business functional and operational requirements including documenting HRC related business processes workflow, transactions and/or operational activities
  • Develop system and software application functional requirements and document accordingly
  • Participate in requirements peer review activities
  • Conduct requirements validation with application functional users and stakeholders, including approvals by all stakeholders on all requirements documentation prior to development initiation.
  • Coordinate with requirements management group to establish product requirements baselines and other governance activities
  • Willingness and ability to coordinate onboarding activities for new employees joining the team
  • Collect relevant organizational human resources management processes information via interviews, surveys, technical interchanges, workshops, teleconferences, and/or documentation analysis
  • As directed, research, validate, and verify analytical information
  • Ensure that operational business process definitions are documented correctly (consistent, traceable, and verifiable)
  • Maintain integrity and manage changes to requirements and business process documentation via Azure DevOps, and/or another designated Government centralized data/information repository
  • Participate in testing software changes for compliance to requirements
  • Help develop and execute automated test scripts for applications
  • Lead and participate in the Agile process and meetings
  • Serve as liaison between the team and the government contacts to obtain needed information or documents
  • Collaborate with Project Management Team to gain approvals on deliverables
  • Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspectionn
  • Maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Create technical processes to reduce inefficiency

Here's What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience; or Ph.D. with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Scrum Master certification required
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with different functional and operational team technical representatives
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience and proficiency using all Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated technical writing capabilitie
  • Experience writing troubleshooting technical issue
  • Experience working in a software development team environment
