Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat to help clients enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.
• Proficient interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature to support clients effectively.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital platforms for effective client engagement.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth practices or familiarity with online therapy platforms may find this role particularly fitting. Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year based on working hours, complemented by the following benefits:
