New Mexico Residents Only

Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Duration: Through December 31, 2027 (may be extended or shortened based on business needs and performance)

About the Role

Support New Mexico Medicaid members and healthcare providers by answering questions regarding eligibility, claims status, and healthcare programs. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 1+ year of call center experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Data entry and computer proficiency

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule
  • Training: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM MST

  • Must have open availability Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM MST

  • Shifts are assigned based on business needs

Work From Home Requirements
  • Must live and work in New Mexico

  • Quiet, private workspace

  • Reliable high-speed internet

  • Must connect directly to modem/router with an Ethernet cable

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

Pay Details: $19.90 per hour
