As a Mental Health Therapist at Calm Connections, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health status and diverse needs.
• Developing tailored treatment plans for clients that align with their personal goals and therapeutic aspirations.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Utilizing teletherapy services to facilitate remote sessions effectively, ensuring clients feel comfortable and secure.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage diverse client caseloads.

While not required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth therapy or those who have worked in a remote out-patient setting will be at an advantage.
