Location: Remote (Flexible, but must align with EMEA and APAC time zones, with some overlap into Central Time (CT) zones)

Duration: 12-month temporary position with the possibility of full-time hire

Marketing Technology Consultant with CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics/HubSpot), ABM (Kapta/Demandbase), MAP (Marketo/Pardot), data analytics, integrations, and global implementation experience (EMEA/APAC), plus strong business analysis and campaign operations.

We are a dynamic and innovative company with a strong presence in the AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our marketing team is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive growth and customer engagement. We are currently using Kapta for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketo for Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) in the AMERICAS, but we are exploring the best solutions for our EMEA and APAC regions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Technology Consultant to help us navigate this journey. This role requires a blend of technical architecture, business analysis, and campaign operations expertise to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Consultant to work closely with our marketing teams in EMEA and APAC to gather and document business (BRDs), functional (FRDs), and technical requirements (TRDs) for CRM, ABM, and MAP technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including the Executive Order on data privacy and security, and acting as a technical architect, business analyst, and campaign operations specialist to drive successful technology implementations and campaign deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams in EMEA and APAC to understand their current processes, pain points, and business needs.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for CRM, ABM, and MAP technologies.
  • Document requirements in a clear and structured manner, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Technology Evaluation:
  • Research and evaluate different CRM, ABM, and MAP solutions to determine the best fit for the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Assess the capabilities of Marketo and other potential MAP solutions to ensure they meet the specific needs of these regions.
  • Provide recommendations and a comparative analysis of the evaluated technologies.
  • Data Modeling and Integration:
  • Develop advanced data models to support marketing initiatives and improve data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with regional regulations, including the Executive Order on data privacy and security.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Stay informed about the latest data privacy and security regulations, particularly GDPR and the Executive Order.
  • Implement and maintain compliance measures to ensure all marketing technology solutions adhere to legal and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Technical Architecture:
  • Design and document technical architectures for CRM, ABM, and MAP solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
  • Work with IT and development teams to implement and optimize the technical architecture.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analysis for proposed technology solutions.
  • Facilitate the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Campaign Operations:
  • Oversee the setup and execution of marketing campaigns in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Develop and maintain campaign workflows, templates, and automation processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure that campaign data is accurately captured and reported.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage the implementation of new technologies, including project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to the TBD Manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Training and Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for marketing teams to ensure they are proficient in using the new technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing technology consulting, with a focus on CRM, ABM, and MAP solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Kapta, Demandbase).
  • Strong knowledge of MAP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Click Dimensions, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud ).
  • Advanced data modeling and analytics skills.
  • Experience in technical architecture design and documentation.
  • Business Analysis:
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to develop business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization.
  • Campaign Operations:
  • Experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in campaign workflow design and automation.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Compliance Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and the Executive Order.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance measures in marketing technology.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
