Title: Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing and Customer Experience (CX), (Part-Time) - Remote
Location: Chicago, IL (Remote)
Duration: 5 Months
Schedule: Part-Time. About 20 hours per week will extend up to 30 Hours depends business needs.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Customer Experience to lead strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and support business growth. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs, drive customer experience initiatives, and deliver impactful communications to leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute omnichannel marketing strategies and customer experience initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, operations, technology, and external partners.
  • Drive marketing programs from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive presentations, strategic updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support customer experience programs and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, customer experience, brand management, or commercial operations.
  • Strong background in omnichannel marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
