Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product commercialization initiatives by supporting new product launches and lifecycle management activities across the portfolio.
  • Develop commercial tools and resources including pricing strategies, quoting guidance, terms and conditions, business cases, commercialization plans, and field-facing documentation that enable successful sales execution.
  • Partner across a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Legal and regional commercial teams to ensure launch readiness and successful market adoption.
  • Coordinate commercial readiness activities to ensure products are fully prepared for sale, including validating country clearances, market availability, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness.
  • Create sales enablement content such as presentations, training materials, FAQs, field communications, and competitive positioning that help sales teams confidently engage customers and articulate product value.
  • Serve as a trusted commercialization advisor to regional stakeholders, helping bridge global strategy and market-specific needs to accelerate customer adoption and business growth.
  • Analyze commercial performance and customer feedback, using data and market insights to identify trends, improve commercialization effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to products, pricing, or go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing the needs of several products, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.
  • Lead and influence without direct authority, bringing diverse teams together to solve complex business challenges and deliver commercialization milestones on time.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in product marketing, commercialization, business operations, sales support or a related business function.
  • Experience developing business cases, commercialization plans, and go-to-market strategies to support product launches and business growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the ability to analyze data and create executive-ready presentations and documentation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to translate data and customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with limited direction.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of executing projects to a high standard and delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is:

$70,630 - $97,119

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
