Who you are
We're looking for a highly organized and creative marketing professional to own website presence-from strategy and planning through day-to-day execution and deadline management. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to ensure content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

Your role
  • Manage/own our website, marketing initiatives and day-to-day activities
  • Develop relevant content to reach and engage with organization's target markets
  • Design content strategy for web, email, and social media marketing, including SEO
  • Deliver strong, engaging content to multiple audiences that drives web traffic, audience engagement and brand awareness
  • Write, edit, and refine digital copy to ensure consistent message
  • Revise and optimize dated content using information gathered in SEO research
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver timely reporting with data-driven insights
  • Recommend and implement new and innovative marketing methods
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends
  • Delegate, review and edit content production, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development
  • Monitor and track discussion topics for the management team. Report trends and recommended actions
  • Prepare reports to update internal staff on usage statistics

Your skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or currently pursuing
  • 3-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas; Marketing management, Graphic design, digital marketing, content development, public relations
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Copy writing and content management experience
  • Leading, collaborating with, and managing a team
  • Self-starter willing to take initiative and own projects
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in meetings and task forces
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization (both internal and external)
  • Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective project management and time management skills are critical
  • High energy, self-starter, highly motivated with high-degree of flexibility
