About the Role

Join a dynamic organization in a newly formed role,ย Benefits Manager. To this point, decisions about insurance and risk analysis have been handled by executive leaders with the counsel of the companyโ€™s insurance broker. Growth, adaptation, and complexities emerging due to new business ventures necessitate the need for a seasoned and accomplished employee benefits insurance professional to optimize health and welfare programs and oversee all aspects of product selection, plan design, compliance, cost containment, and renewals.
