Senior Sourcer - Contract, Remote, Hiring Now
Leading software company is seeking a highly collaborative Senior Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote capacity. This strategic role focuses on building robust pipelines of top-tier passive talent across Go-To-Market functions, contributing to the growth of a leading organization in the tech industry.
6 month contract, could go permanent. 
Shift of the Senior Sourcer: 
8 AM – 5 PM EST 
Pay Rate of the Senior Sourcer: 
$60 per hour
Responsibilities of the Senior Sourcer
  • Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture top passive talent for complex Go-To-Market roles across enterprise software and B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Talent Acquisition leads and GTM business leaders to understand team goals, core competencies, role requirements, and compensation structures to refine sourcing parameters.
  • Passive Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling, highly personalized outreach messaging that highlights the employer's value proposition, converting high-potential passive leads into active candidates.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives: Drive equitable talent sourcing strategies by embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) best practices throughout the candidate discovery phase, ensuring representative talent pools for all open GTM roles.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Serve as a consultative resource by mapping competitor organizations, analyzing candidate movement trends, and sharing actionable talent market insights with recruiting partners and hiring managers.
Qualifications of the Senior Sourcer:
  • 5+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles within high-growth tech or B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and engaging top talent across disciplines such as Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Advanced expertise with recruiting tools and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search string architecture, talent mapping, CRM workflows, and passive sourcing channels.
  • Proven commitment to diversity sourcing with a track record of building inclusive, high-quality pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities to articulate company vision and career opportunities.
