MAVRX, LLC is seeking a Drafter/Mapper to support pipeline and infrastructure mapping operations. This is a fully remote, office-based position ideally filled by a candidate located in the Denver, Colorado metro area. The successful candidate will produce high-quality drawings in support of pipeline survey and engineering deliverables.
Responsibilities

  • Produce pipeline drawings, plats, alignment sheets, and mapping deliverables using CAD
  • Draft and edit pipeline survey deliverables in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Review and QC drawing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards
  • Integrate survey data into GIS environments and maintain spatial data integrity for pipeline corridor mapping
  • Maintain organized digital project files, drawing sets, and version-controlled documentation
  • Coordinate with survey field crews, project managers, and engineers to support timely delivery of mapping products
  • Follow company standards and quality control procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 2–5 years of drafting, mapping, or CAD experience, preferably in pipeline or energy infrastructure
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable remote office setup, including a stable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in drafting technology, geomatics, GIS, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience preparing pipeline plats, right-of-way drawings, or alignment sheets
  • Oil & gas or infrastructure project experience
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS or Skyline
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Denver Metro area resident
Compensation & Benefits (Colorado Disclosure)

  • Hourly pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour DOE
  • Overtime eligible in accordance with applicable law
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans (if applicable)
  • Paid sick leave provided in accordance with Colorado law
