While also providing Right-of-Way and mapping services. Our primary goal is to offer the highest level of service by incorporating new technology.
Description:
As an Engineer in Training at Encompass Energy Services you will be involved in Civil Engineering, Land Development, GIS, and Surveying projects. Our expectation is to be able to research permit requirements for different jurisdictions. While also being tasked with setting up and designing permits and HDD drawings for senior staff members to review. The designing of grading for well pads, valve sites, and access roads will be a part of weekly responsibilities along with establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients, and public agencies. The EIT will report to project leads on the status of tasks. The ideal candidate can work proactively on a team and be self-motivated to work alone. This candidate must maintain good organizational skills and be able to properly maintain project documentation while being accountable and reliable for their workload.
Requirements of the Position:
  • Prior knowledge of oil and gas pipelines, waterlines, well pads, and valve sites preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering an ABET school
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be accountable and dependable
  • Engineer in Training Certificate
  • Ability to work in a remote capacity
