The Order Processing Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional support to both internal and external customers. - This position is based in-office and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured.
- Receives and researches customer complaints.
- Maintains customer database.
- Transmits pricing to customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
