Job description

Description
The Company:
Push Operations is an all-in-one people management platform that helps businesses in the Hospitality and Cannabis Industry grow and scale by simplifying HR, payroll, time tracking, and scheduling. Our purpose is to help our customers free up their time by making people management ridiculously easy, so they can focus on their passion.
Our customer base includes some of the biggest brands, such as Earls Restaurant, Cactus Club, Crumbl Cookies and more.
The Team:
At Push Operations, we're a group of collaborative, growth-minded, and passionate people who believe in creating an environment where innovation and teamwork thrive. We put a high priority on competence and efficiency, but even more on building a supportive culture where positive, driven individuals can excel. As part of our rapidly growing team, you will play a unique role in driving our mission: to build the best people management platform so our customers can spend more time doing what they love.
The Role:
We're looking for an elite, field-based Account Executive to own and grow our presence across the Washington State restaurant market. This is not a transactional or purely remote AE role. This person will own the Washington territory, close complex new-logo opportunities in-market, and build long-term relationships with restaurant operators and executives across the state from Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region to Tacoma, Spokane, and beyond. Being in person is how we win.
The best AE for this role understands that deals in the restaurant world are built face-to-face at association shows, industry conferences, on-site demos, and over dinner with operators. You'll balance focused remote work with in-person meetings whenever the moment calls for it, showing up where our prospects and customers already are. This role is built for someone who wants more than quota attainment. We want a builder, someone who sees gaps and fills them, and who wants to influence product, partnerships, process, and culture while becoming the face of Push in Washington.
Location & Travel:
Must be based in Washington State. You live in Washington - ideally in Seattle or the greater Puget Sound area and are ready to sell in the field across the region.
Hybrid by design. Expect remote/home-o๏ฌƒce work for prospecting, research, and deal management, combined with regular in-person meetings, demos, events, and operator dinners across your territory.
In-market and mobile. You're comfortable with regional travel throughout Washington to be in front of prospects and customers, and you know when a call will do and when it's time to be in the room.
Responsibilities:
  • Own new-logo acquisition across Mid-Market restaurant groups throughout Washington State
  • Show up in person where it counts - attend and work association shows, industry conferences, and in-market events such as the Washington Hospitality Association's state hospitality conference and trade show and the regional Northwest Food Show
  • Run in-person prospect demos, on-site meetings, and operator dinners that move deals forward and build lasting relationships
  • Build and execute a Washington territory plan that creates long-term pipeline, market presence, and brand recognition for Push across the state
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with operators, finance leaders, HR teams, payroll teams, and ownership groups
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across emerging chains, franchise groups, and multi-unit restaurant organizations in the Pacific Northwest
  • Understand operational pain deeply across QSR, fast casual, full-service, and multi-location restaurant groups
  • Position workforce management (WFM), payroll, hiring, labor compliance, scheduling, and HR technology solutions in a way that connects directly to operational outcomes including Washington- specific labor and compliance realities
  • Lead compelling discovery, executive conversations, ROI alignment, and consensus-building across buying committees
  • Run disciplined deal cycles from outbound engagement through close and expansion
  • Balance remote work with in-person selling, deciding when to work a deal from your desk and when to get in front of the customerโ€ข Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams
  • Mentor SDRs and help elevate outbound prospecting motions
  • Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to maximize productivity across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Help shape the future of Push's field GTM motion in Washington through process improvements, experimentation, and operational rigor

Why This Role Matters
Washington State is one of the most important growth markets in Push's U.S. expansion, and this role is how we win it. We're looking for someone who wants to be the face of Push in the field - not just inherit a playbook, but actively shape how we show up in-market. This is an opportunity to own a meaningful territory, build real relationships across the Washington restaurant community, influence GTM strategy, partner directly with leadership, and help modernize how restaurants manage their workforce at scale.
Why Push?
  • Do what you love! It's the key to happiness. That's why at Push we aim to create a supportive environment to help foster your passion for work, and keep you feeling energized and happy so you can do more of what you love.
  • Grow Yourself. We want to see you win in all areas. At Push, our mantra is: you will grow professionally and personally. We drive conversations around your personal and professional goals. Let's crush it together.
  • Make an Impact. At Push, we believe everyone is born a genius, and our responsibility is to develop that genius within. Impact is our key metric - that's why we challenge Pushies to show up as their authentic selves while creating a legacy.

Requirements
  • Located in Washington State, ideally Seattle or the greater Puget Sound area and ready to sell in the field across the region
  • A field seller at heart: energized by in-person meetings, industry events, trade shows, and operator dinners, and skilled at building relationships face-to-face
  • 5+ years of experience in complex B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven success closing Mid-Market new-logo opportunities
  • Experience managing longer, multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong track record consistently exceeding quota in high-growth environments
  • Experience selling Workforce Management (WFM), Human Resources (HRS/HRIS), payroll, scheduling, labor management, or adjacent restaurant technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and labor challenges
  • Ability to self-manage a hybrid schedule - disciplined on remote work, present and polished in person
  • Bonus points for existing relationships in the Washington / Pacific Northwest restaurant and hospitality community
  • Bonus points for experience selling into national or regional QSR chains, franchise organizations, or multi-unit restaurant groups
  • Experience mentoring or leveling up SDRs and outbound motions
  • Builder mentality with an ownership mindset
  • High initiative, accountability, and operational rigor
  • AI-native and systems-driven in how you work
  • Passionate about contributing to a strong internal culture and helping raise the bar across the organization
  • Excellent communication, discovery, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
