Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an ETL Developer for a contract role in New York, NY. The role involves working with ETL and data management strategies, utilizing various database technologies, and collaborating within an Agile team.
Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of ProCede Ceded Reinsurance Admin system is a plus
• Experience in Conversion and Migration initiatives is a big plus
• Good knowledge Property Casualty Insurance Reinsurance business
• In depth knowledge of ETL and data management strategies tools principles and practices
• Expertise in database ETL technologies using Oracle MS SQL Server SQL PL SQL Informatica and Talend Strong programming skills in Windows Unix shell scripting
• Experience in Autosys job scheduling Working experience in Agile team and Rally
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins GitHub Sonar Nexus Maven Ansible Chef or equivalent a plus
• Self motivated strong sense of ownership accountability and results oriented with the ability to manage time and schedules effectively
• Natural curiosity with a strong desire to learn maintain and apply knowledge of emerging data technologies
• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem solving skills
