Training and Development Assistant - Remote
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training and Development Assistant to support employee performance and development across our organization. This remote position will focus on evaluating and certifying employees' phone skills across a variety of departments while supporting process improvement and reporting initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong customer service background, solid technology skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and certify employees' phone skills across a variety of departments.
  • Evaluate phone interactions based on established customer service and communication standards.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives align with organizational goals.
  • Support additional training and development projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
  • Experience working with phone scripts preferred.
