Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Operator based in Netherlands.

Join a dynamic team focused on creating personalized customer experiences through data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies. In this role, you'll design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns that engage users throughout their entire journey, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. You'll work closely with product, data, content, and communication teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels. By leveraging segmentation, automation, testing, and analytics, you'll help improve engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. This opportunity is ideal for a CRM professional who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and performance optimization in a fast-paced remote environment. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, improve processes, and make a measurable impact on customer growth.

Accountabilities
  • Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
  • Execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, browser notifications, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
  • Create customer segments and personalized journeys based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Configure, test, and validate bonuses, automated workflows, triggered campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize engagement and retention results.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product, data, content, and communication teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify automation opportunities, improve CRM processes, and maintain platform quality and best practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of lifecycle strategies through data insights and performance analysis.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and campaign automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention strategies.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, personalization, and automated customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with player promotions, bonuses, responsible gaming practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize results.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with FastTrack CRM, advanced automation workflows, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives is considered an advantage.
