We are seeking Client & Technical Support Specialists to support healthcare-related technical transition and migration initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and has a basic understanding of technical concepts such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).

Deep technical expertise is not required. Success in this role is primarily driven by your ability to communicate clearly, coordinate activities, follow established processes, and help clients successfully navigate technical changes.

Position Overview

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary assignment
Assignment Length: Approximately 5-6 months, based on business needs
Benefits: This temporary assignment is not benefits eligible
Training: Approximately 3 weeks

Hours of Operation: 7am to 4pm Central Time

As a Client & Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external employer groups during technical migration and server-change initiatives. You will help communicate upcoming changes, provide information and credentials, coordinate testing, and ensure stakeholders understand the steps required to successfully complete the transition.

What You Will Do

In this role, you may:

  • Communicate directly with employer groups regarding upcoming server, file-transfer, or system changes.
  • Provide clear instructions and new access credentials as required.
  • Assist with the setup and transition of secure file-transfer folders.
  • Support migration activities involving SFTP and secure file-transfer platforms.
  • Coordinate testing activities and follow up with stakeholders to ensure required testing is completed successfully.
  • Track outstanding activities, issues, and stakeholder responses throughout the migration process.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between external employer groups and internal technical or operational teams.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when additional expertise is required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and status updates.
  • Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the transition.

  • Experience working directly with external clients, employer groups, vendors, or business partners.
  • Familiarity with SFTP platforms or secure data-transfer processes.
