Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health challenges, facilitating the development of effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Deliver individual therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to support personal growth, emotional healing, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, establishing secure, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong commitment to empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude to foster a supportive atmosphere for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Background or training in addiction treatment is highly desirable.
