• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being during initial consultations.
• Create and tailor individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, setting specific, measurable goals with clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment strategies according to individual needs and feedback.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and social workers—to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health advancements.
• Uphold the ethical standards set forth by licensing boards while providing a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship problems. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
