Location: 100% Remote Role

Job Description,
  • Includes Splunk, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Incident management, support, Trouble shooting and Leadership skills
  • Serve as a senior SRE for one application at EJ (Salesforce) and all its backend components responsible for syncing data between Salesforce and DB2.
  • These components include Kubernetes workloads (MuleSoft, Java) and Kafka. Together with two offshore SREs, L2 provides support for incidents, releases, and ad-hoc enhancements or requests, typically involving metric analysis, alert creation, dashboard updates, and reporting.
  • This role will interact with Sr technical architect / Directors and Command center team in Incident call and prod call to answer bigger audience and critical application questions.
  • Our primary tools include Dynatrace, Splunk, and other monitoring solutions to ensure observability across the system.
  • Additionally, we are working on a separate backlog for all Key System Apps at EJ, which includes creating SLOs, synthetics, and other Dynatrace configurations to enhance overall SRE maturity and reliability of the applications.
