This position is a remote position.

Summary:

The Workday Platform Security Engineer is accountable for delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain user security groups, Roles, domain security policies, and business process security controls across Workday HCM and Financial modules.

  • Drive automation and integration into our centralized identity and access management platform to streamline governance and provisioning processes.

  • Run security audits, monitor for segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts, and ensure confidential employee or financial data aligns with regulatory frameworks.

  • Partner with HR, payroll, and our business to troubleshoot permission issues and implement secure workflow enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Security within Workday HCM, focusing on IAM and organizational privileges and policies.
  • 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing IAM withing workday, gathering requirements and defining those into actionable items for Huntington's security teams.
  • Professional exposure to SailPoint, and other enterprise security tools.
  • Preferred certification: CISSP, CISM
  • Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), privileged accounts and integration application program interface (API) capabilities.
  • Track record acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating effectively.

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
