As the Marketing Senior Account Executive, you will lead the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring client projects and campaigns are strategically aligned, delivered on time, within scope, and meet TruePoint's quality standards. This role requires strong client service, strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across account, creative, PR, social, and digital teams. 

You will play a key role in managing client expectations, monitoring scopes and resources, translating campaign performance into actionable insights, and providing guidance to junior team members while contributing to strategies that drive meaningful results for clients

What You'll Do

  • Oversee multiple client projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, ensuring all deliverables remain strategically aligned, on schedule, within scope, and consistently uphold TruePoint's quality standards.  
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal account, creative, PR, social, and digital teams to drive projects forward, ensuring roles, responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps are always clear.
  • Develop and review high-quality marketing communications materials, such as social media content, marketing collateral, creative briefs, campaign messaging, email content, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Support integrated media planning and execution across paid, earned, and social channels.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate campaign performance metrics, identifying insights and opportunities to enhance future marketing efforts.
  • Understand client scopes and budgets, monitor resources, identify over-servicing, and ensure work is delivered within agreed-upon parameters.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal teams about project status, priorities, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members by delegating work appropriately, offering constructive feedback, and supporting strong client service and project management skills.
  • Participate in client planning, brainstorming, and strategic discussions, contributing fresh ideas and thoughtful recommendations.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in marketing communications, integrated marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred, including experience supporting a variety of B2B and B2C clients.
  • Strong client-service skills with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and communicate confidently with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to connect marketing activities to broader business objectives.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and executing social media marketing programs, including paid and organic content across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and the ability to interpret performance data and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Experience with common marketing and agency platforms, including project-management tools, email marketing or CRM platforms, social media platforms, analytics tools and website content-management systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other Google platforms, Meta, LinkedIn, Wix or WordPress is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines, provide leadership when appropriate and remain receptive to feedback and direction.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a desire to solve problems, learn new skills and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
