Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Product Owner, Direct Commerce, is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of direct-to-consumer digital commerce capabilities across the company's portfolio of brands. This role owns the customer experience and business outcomes across a headless commerce ecosystem, including storefront experiences, Adobe Commerce (Magento) or equivalent commerce platforms, and integrated social commerce channels such as TikTok Shop and Meta. The position partners closely with Marketing, EDT, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and external partners to enable BU growth and engagement goals and operational excellence while advancing product-centric ways of working across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the direct-to-consumer commerce ecosystem vision and roadmap, including storefront experiences, commerce backend, and connected commerce channels. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize product investments that drive consumer engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Translate business objectives into product capabilities and roadmaps while ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs, brand priorities, and enterprise goals. Manage the product backlog (epics, features, and user stories). Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and external partners to deliver high value solutions. Lead prioritization activities and provide direction throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Establish and monitor success metrics to guide product evolution. Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization. Drive continuous improvements in customer experience, conversion rates, operational processes, and overall business performance

  • Define and prioritize requirements for social commerce and marketplace integrations involving product catalogs, inventory, pricing, orders, customer data, and fulfillment processes. Partner with Architects, Engineering teams, and external vendors to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth.

  • Drive the adoption and maturity of the product operating model across the Commerce Anywhere organization. Lead Agile and Scrum practices, facilitate product planning and prioritization, and guide cross-functional teams in transitioning to product-centric ways of working. Foster alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technology delivery while enabling a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer-focused outcomes.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


-Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

-Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

-Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
