Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer (middle+, lingerie brand, US market) based in Netherlands.

Join an ambitious fashion brand preparing to establish a distinctive presence in the U.S. lingerie market.
You'll play a central role in translating the brand's identity into bold, polished, and culturally relevant visuals.
Your work will span digital campaigns, e-commerce, social media, email, advertising, and physical brand experiences.
This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape a visual identity from an early stage and influence how the brand is perceived.
You'll work closely with marketing and social media teams in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
The ideal designer brings a strong aesthetic point of view rather than simply executing briefs.
The role starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the brand scales.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and continuously evolve the brand book, ensuring the visual identity remains distinctive, consistent, and aligned with fashion and cultural trends.
  • Create and adapt visual assets for the website, social media channels, email campaigns, digital advertising, and other customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Retouch campaign imagery and e-commerce photography, including color correction, to maintain a cohesive and premium visual standard.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to translate brand strategy and campaigns into compelling visual concepts.
  • Design materials for offline advertising and print, including lookbooks, packaging, event collateral, and other marketing assets.
  • Contribute creatively to moodboards, visual concepts, and the overall direction of the brand's aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help establish a high design standard as the brand develops, taking ownership of visual decisions and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the brand experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with experience in fashion, lingerie, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design work, visual storytelling, and a clear personal point of view.
  • Strong command of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, as well as Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with photo retouching and color correction.
  • Experience producing print-ready materials for advertising, packaging, lookbooks, events, and other offline marketing needs.
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong understanding of contemporary fashion and visual trends.
  • Basic video editing skills are a plus, particularly experience creating short-form social content.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, communicate effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a creative partner rather than simply execute predefined briefs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, brand building, and creating visually distinctive work in an early-stage environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive market-based compensation.
  • Part-time position initially, with potential to transition into a full-time role as the business grows.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Fully remote work with regular strategy meetups across Europe.
  • Optional access to offices in Kyiv and Warsaw.
  • Unlimited paid time off when agreed performance KPIs are met.
  • Support for professional education and participation in relevant industry events.
  • Support for work-related travel.
  • Mentorship and a supportive, empowering team culture.
  • Opportunities for significant creative ownership, personal development, and professional growth.
  • The opportunity to help build the visual identity of an emerging fashion brand targeting the U.S. market.
