Role Overview:
As a Product Sales Engineer for our product, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and market expansion. You will serve as the bridge between our highly technical product and our client's business needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing deals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep curiosity for AI technologies and a proven track record of consultative B2B selling.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, discovery, proposing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions tailored to the specific needs of various stakeholders (C-level executives and finance professionals)
• Conduct highly tailored, impactful product demos that showcase how our AI product solves specific client pain points and delivers measurable ROI
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our product in the market
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to share market feedback, ensure smooth customer onboarding, and help shape the future product roadmap based on customer needs
• Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, actively tracking all activities and forecasting revenue utilizing our CRM (for example, Salesforce/HubSpot)
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of recent B2B sales experience, specifically selling SaaS & enterprise software; prior experience selling AI, machine learning, or data analytics products is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or a related field
• Track record of selling products in the finance and EPM domain to finance professionals such as CFO, CAO and senior leaders in the finance function
• Strong fundamental understanding of AI concepts (for example, Generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP, automation) and the ability to discuss technical concepts confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Possess a consultative, problem-solving approach to selling, with the ability to quickly understand a client's business challenges and map them to our product capabilities
• Up to 50% travel within the U.S
