This rolecontributes tovalue proposition refinement andsupportskey customer teams by providing world-class analytics and insight into our vast store of live data.The SDS will focus on maximizing time spent on high-value, client-impacting insights by prioritizing work that directly drives commercial outcomes.

This position collaborates extensively with business units and channels across the company and supports the business goals of external clients.

  • Build trusted relationships with CSTs and external clients by using data stories to demonstrate the value of CMM products.

  • Deliver proactive analyses of portfolio performance, customer needs, and business risks or opportunities, including market and industry events.

  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to analyze product data, identify drivers, and forecast outcomes.

  • Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates and business reviews, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Present clear, actionable insights through concise client-facing visuals and recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve product value and analytical efficiency.

  • Support complex client requests and issue escalations in partnership with account teams.

  • Experience with data mining, analysis, and providing insights.

  • Adept at creating queries, writing reports, and presenting findings.

  • Intermediate toAdvanced proficiency in SQL.

  • Intermediate toAdvanced proficiency in data visualization tools e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.

  • Able to communicate and manage expectations.
