Position Overview

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be a key member of the Data Integrity and Reports team that consists of Quality Assurance, Reports and Data Analysts. In this position, you will be responsible for researching and performing data validation checks to meet the needs of our organization. Your attention to detail to validate data and identify potential errors is crucial to ensuring data accuracy. Your expertise and proficiency with spreadsheets and large datasets will ensure success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Performs QA reviews of order, product, or customer data using large Excel dataset worksheets, applications, and external resources
  • Improve data quality by performing validation and correction processes to comply with data standards
  • Research and compare multiple data sources to build a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Evaluation of QA processes to ensure accurate data standards are met to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Assists team members with backup task support
  • Monitors and responds to customer requests
  • Manages requests based on priority and provide customer follow-up
  • Responsible for writing and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
  • Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, internet searches, and ability to conduct online research
  • Compliance: Must meet NASA SITSS requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide after-hours support when needed
