The role is 100% remote, providing a flexible and comfortable environment for our clinicians to operate in. Whether you prefer to work from home or another location that suits you best, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients through our telehealth platform. Our operational structure includes a full-time Admissions and Assessment team that allows clinicians to dedicate their time entirely to client care.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
• Administer assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Participate in regular case discussions with other clinicians to enhance therapeutic techniques and continue professional development.
• Maintain a client schedule with consistency, ensuring groups and individual sessions are scheduled weekly.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and progress tracking to ensure compliance with organizational policies and client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous learning by attending virtual workshops, training sessions, and utilizing access to free continuing education units (CEUs).

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. With a maximum of eight clients per group session, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and tailor your approach to facilitate sustainable healing.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of one of the following licenses: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW-R.
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or salaried (W2) employment route.

• Experience working in telehealth settings or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in collaborative clinical environments where case discussions occurred is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems enhances suitability for this position.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer access to free online CEUs to help maintain your licensure and expand your ability to serve your clients effectively.
