• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic treatment to clients through virtual platforms, ensuring they receive timely intervention regardless of location.
• Conduct mental health assessments, intakes, individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy as necessary, tailoring your approach to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic sessions, adhering to all Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide well-rounded interventions and consultations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and incorporate effective strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into your practice.

Our counselors primarily serve adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, and other behavioral health issues. This role emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships, allowing you to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from marginalized communities.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required to qualify for this position.
• Current state licensing, such as LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successfully treating mood disorders.
• Expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with prescribing professionals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport effortlessly with clients from a range of backgrounds.
