• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches based on clients’ specific experiences and backgrounds.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and address client needs holistically.
• Maintain precise and current clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed regarding current research and developments in mental health practices.

The LPC will work with a diverse client base, addressing a range of mental health challenges. Client populations may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues, benefiting from the counselor's expertise and compassionate guidance.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Proficient understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong team collaboration skills, enabling effective partnerships with other healthcare providers.
• Demonstrable proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Specializations in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling will be considered advantageous.
• Experience working in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
