Working as part of interdisciplinary teams, counselors engage in regular meetings to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and encourage one another through a collaborative approach that values authenticity and humor.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies tailored to individual, couple, and family contexts.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that align with best practices.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation in our EHR system, documenting client progress and therapeutic interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and advancements in mental health counseling to provide the highest quality of care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive support and care for clients.

The clients you will serve include individuals, couples, and families, representing a wide array of backgrounds and experiences. You will work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Sensitivity and adaptability to their unique needs are essential, as every client's journey requires a tailored approach focused on fostering resilience and healing.

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and cultural competency.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and embrace a collaborative work culture.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms or engaging in remote counseling methods.
• Familiarity with specialized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• A history of working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of how cultural contexts influence mental health.
