As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, experiences, and challenges.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as dialectical behavioral therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster client well-being and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
