• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, depending on the client’s situation.
• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, continuously monitoring their progress to ensure effective healing pathways.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility challenges. This helps in breaking down barriers to receiving mental health support.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor in dealing with client challenges.

• Experience in dealing with a range of mental health issues, particularly trauma-related and anxiety disorders.
• Knowledge and practical application of various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology to provide seamless virtual support to clients.
