• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms for students facing varying degrees of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring that they are engaging and effective.
• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and families to ensure a holistic approach to the student's mental health and well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to foster resilience and coping strategies among youth.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment modifications, and communication with families, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in case reviews and consult with clinical supervisors to enhance treatment strategies and outcomes.

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school setting, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve working collaboratively with students of diverse backgrounds, recognizing the unique cultural and socio-economic factors that influence their mental health. Ensuring a supportive and non-judgmental environment will be key in helping clients feel comfortable and safe.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is essential.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a school or community-based setting.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
