• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Your expertise will empower clients on their path to improved mental health.
• Implement a robust range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), offering clients the tools they need to overcome obstacles such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure professionalism and ethical practice within the workplace.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive and holistic care. This includes regular engagement in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously elevate care quality.

Your role will focus on a diverse population, including individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups, who may be facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health issues. You will work closely with clients to create holistic treatment plans tailored to their unique situations, ensuring each individual feels understood and supported throughout their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in New York as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• Demonstrated ability in applying solution-focused psychotherapy methods tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex emotional and psychological issues effectively.

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings in Rochester or similar urban environments will be highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by additional performance-based bonuses.
