This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients throughout Virginia. You will need an active mental health license in Virginia, and you will utilize our advanced telehealth systems to conduct therapy sessions. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients dealing with various mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and create customized treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, helping them develop coping strategies and achieve personal goals.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will advocate for client needs, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and culturally competent care.

• An active and unrestricted mental health license in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A genuine dedication to providing compassionate and effective mental health care.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on telehealth practices.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other health professionals.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic documentation systems.
