• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, contributing to compliance and quality assurance efforts.
• Educate and involve clients' families, fostering an environment of support and understanding in the recovery process.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health issues. Our clientele may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through their journey to recovery, helping them develop coping strategies and build resilience.

• A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling, demonstrated through specialized training or significant practical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic skills that foster rapport and motivation, enhancing the recovery experience for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration and documentation.

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in group therapy facilitation or educational workshops is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
