• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in respect, trust, and ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, therapeutic strategies, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and continuously assess client-centered treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Perform detailed intake assessments to establish client needs and goals effectively.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques that empower clients to navigate life's challenges.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and ensure high standards of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to offer integrated care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining licensure.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy.
• Comfortable administering intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience collaborating with other professionals in a team-based approach to client care.

• Annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
