Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LPC, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly impact the lives of your clients, including:

• Developing tailored therapy programs by conducting thorough evaluations, understanding clients’ needs and mental health challenges.
• Delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive client care and treatment alignment.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on the latest mental health research and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on ensuring that all clients receive the support they need, especially those from underrepresented groups who may typically struggle to access mental health services. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this remote LPC position will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
• Strong understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, dependent on experience and caseload assignments. Additional benefits include:
