• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on enhancing clients’ mental health.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and life experiences, fostering deeper self-understanding and relationship insights.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in establishing and clarifying personal goals for their mental health journey.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions, crafting and implementing tailored treatment plans that are solution-oriented.

The clients you will work with are pre-screened stable adults, primarily experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. This ensures a safe and manageable caseload where counselors can provide effective therapeutic interventions without the complications associated with severe mental health issues. Additionally, clients will be matched according to your specializations and demographic preferences, maximizing the potential for effective counseling.

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
• You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrable ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed treatment decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to empathize and form rapport with clients.
