Job DescriptionPOSITION DUTIES- This position provides core administrative, clerical, and project-tracking support to the Executive Office, with a primary focus on supporting the work of the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff. Responsibilities include managing Executive Office internal communications and documentation, producing memos, compiling Mobile Office program data, and tracking progress toward strategic plan milestones. The role also coordinates incoming speaking engagement and voter education requests, identifying appropriate senior staff or speakers team members to fulfill them. Approximately 40% of the role supports event staffing, logistical coordination, and preparing materials for partner engagement. This position ensures the smooth flow of information, internal coordination, and accurate reporting across the department.

Required Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in political science, public policy or related field
Alternate Education and ExperienceMasters degree in Public Policy/Administration, Communications, Business or related field preferred.

Upon appointment to the position the following benefits options are available:1. Elect the Civil Service Benefits Agreement Option. Waive the Civil Service Benefits Agreement Option - With Sick Leave Accrual for Long Term Disability (LTD). This option is identical to the option "Waives the Civil Service Benefit Agreement Option", except the appointee requests that the Civil Service sick leave accrual be maintained for the purpose of enrolling in the State's LTD Plan.
Appointees electing this option are not eligible for annual longevity payments and cannot receive payments for any unused leave balances at the termination of this appointment.01
